Thanksgiving: Brandied Cranberries

- 1 bag (12 to 15 ounces) cranberries
- 1¾ cups sugar
- ½ cup brandy
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Mix cranberries and sugar and spread evenly in a 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated oven 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and cool, then add brandy. Refrigerate. (This side dish is best after having been refrigerated for a few days.)
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
