Mocha Ice Cream

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp instant coffee
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup whipping cream
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder, coffee, and sugar. Gradually stir in milk. Stir over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, combine cocoa mixture, vanilla, half-and-half, and whipping cream.
- Pour into an ice cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer's directions, until ice cream has set.
Makes 2 quarts.
