Birthday Girl's Cherry Pink Frosting

Recipe Introduction
"Every year on our birthdays, Tina and I wanted a white cake with pink frosting. If this one isn't pink enough for you, add a few drops of red food coloring. Spread on cupcakes or double the recipe and use to frost a cake."
List of Ingredients
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 1 Tbsp maraschino cherry juice
• ½ tsp pure almond extract
Recipe
In the bowl of an electric mixer and on low speed, combine the sugar, butter, milk, juice, and extract. Blend well to spreading consistency.
Makes 1¼ cups
