Recipe Introduction
"Okay, does anyone want to make s'mores? Chocolatey goodness, all melted with toasty marshmallows sandwiched between crispy, sweet honey grahams — unless you've never been to camp or sat around a campfire sharing stories with friends, my guess is your answer is yes!"
List of Ingredients
â—¦ 6 large graham crackers, broken into halves
â—¦ 6 individual semisweet chocolate bars, broken into halves
â—¦ 12 large marshmallows
â—¦ 6 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Recipe
Place all of the graham cracker halves on a plate and top each with half a chocolate bar.
Thread two marshmallows on each skewer. Roast the marshmallows just over the coals, turning frequently until lightly browned and puffy.
Place two roasted marshmallows on each of six chocolate-covered graham crackers; top each with a second chocolate-covered cracker and gently press together. Wait until the marshmallows have melted the chocolate and are cool enough to eat, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
