Cinnamon + Sugar Wonton Dippers

- 25 wonton wrappers
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- On a cutting board, cut the wonton wrappers into strips or triangles, or use your favorite cookie cutter to make fun shapes.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Lay out the cut wrappers in a single layer on the baking sheets and spray them with cooking spray, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, watching closely after 5 minutes, as they tend to burn quickly. Let cool completely before adding to the bento.
Makes 25 wontons
