List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer until heated through.
- Pour mixture into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
- In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, oil, flour, and salt; cover and process until smooth. Pour over cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 12 servings
