Beef Burgundy

List of Ingredients
- 4 lbs. round steak, cubed
- 1 cup red burgundy wine
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 4 cups sliced mushrooms

- Hot, cooked noodles
Instructions
- Marinate meat in wine for 1/2 hour at room temperature.
- Mix all other ingredients in a casserole and add the meat mixture. Bake at 275 degrees (F) for 4 hours.
Serve over hot cooked noodles.
