    Beef Burgundy

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lbs. round steak, cubed
    • 1 cup red burgundy wine
    • 2 cans cream of celery soup
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 envelope onion soup mix
    • 4 cups sliced mushrooms
    • *
    • Hot, cooked noodles


    Instructions


    1. Marinate meat in wine for 1/2 hour at room temperature.

    2. Mix all other ingredients in a casserole and add the meat mixture. Bake at 275 degrees (F) for 4 hours.

      Serve over hot cooked noodles.
