- 8 ounces cream
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (optional)
- 10 ounces cooked fusilli (rotini)
Instructions
- In a saute pan, combine cream, Velveeta and salt, if using. Heat over medium flame until cheese is melted.
- Reheat fusilli in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain thoroughly for at least 30 seconds and add pasta to sauce.
- Warm over low flame until cheese is melted (about 3 minutes) and sauce begins to thicken. Transfer to a warm pasta bowl.
