List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces dried spinach fettuccine
- 8 ounces dried egg fettuccine
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 ounces prosciutto, chopped
- 1 cup light cream
- 1-1/2 cups peas, thawed if frozen
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Cook spinach and egg fettuccine according to package directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add prosciutto and cook 1 minute. Stir in cream and cook 1 minute more. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted. Toss fettuccine with sauce.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
