List of Ingredients



• 1 cup rice flour
  
• ¾ cup sardines or mackerel in oil, or 2 eggs
  
• ½ cup chopped liver (chicken or beef)
  
• 1 Tbsp grated cheese
  
• Water
  
• 1 Tbsp cod liver oil
  






Instructions



1. Mix together the flour, sardines or mackerel (or eggs), liver and cheese. Mix well, adding sufficient water plus 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil, to make a soft dough. Roll out into very thin strips and bake slowly in a preheated oven at 315º F for 20 to 25 minutes.
   
   Switch off oven and let cool in oven to crispen but not burn. Break into small, dime-sized pieces, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
   






Final Comments


One or two treats should only be given two or three times a day to avoid addiction, pets becoming overweight, or refusing to eat their regular food.
