Dogs: Bandit's Beef Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked (boiled) and drained
- 1 (8-ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (16-ounce) can sliced carrots, drained (or 1 pound fresh carrots, cooked and sliced)
- 1 (8-ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp plain wheat germ
- ½ tsp brewer's yeast
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F. Spray a 12-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix together all the ingredients except for the Parmesan cheese, and place in the casserole dish. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
