Dogs: Liver Leather

- 1 pound beef or chicken livers
- ½ cup tapioca flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250° F.
Purée the liver in a food processor. Add the tapioca flour (also known as tapioca starch) and mix with the liver in the food processor.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it. Pour the liquid liver mixture onto the baking sheet. Bake for an hour. Turn off the oven and leave overnight.
- In the morning, peel off the foil and cut the thin layer of liver mixture into tiny squares with a pizza cutter or knife. Store in the refrigerator.
