Blue Cheese Biscuits

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 can (17.3 ounces) large-size refrigerator biscuits
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 400º F.
- Separate the biscuits and arrange close together in the prepared pan. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and blue cheese together over medium-low heat. Remove from the heat, add Worcestershire sauce, and whisk until smooth.
- Pour cheese mixture over biscuits. Bake about 15 to 17 minutes, or until the biscuits have risen and are golden brown. Test the center of several of the biscuits with a toothpick. Serve warm.
Makes 8 large biscuits.
