Easy Beef Noodle Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) Italian stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (10-1/2 oz. each) beef broth
- 1 (16-oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup uncooked medium egg noodles
Instructions
- In Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown beef and onion; drain.
- Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables, and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until noodles are done.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
