Smoked Salmon Boboli

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp plain lowfat yogurt
- 3/4 tsp dried dill
- 2 (7-inch) Boboli breads
- 1/4 cup paper-thin slices red onion
- 1/4 lb. smoked salmon or lox
- 1 cup grated lowfat mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cream together the cream cheese, yogurt and dill. Spread on the Boboli and place on a baking sheet.
- Arrange the red onion slices on the breads, followed by the smoked salmon. Sprinkle with the mozzarella.
- Bake in a preheated 450-degree (F) oven 5 minutes. Place the breads under a hot broiler until the cheese is golden. Cool a few minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
