- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables (seasoned)
- Hot cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat wok or large skillet over high heat. Add cooking oil. Stir-fry chicken for 2 to 3 minutes or until done. Remove from wok.
- Stir-fry vegetables in wok according to package directions. Stir in chicken and heat through.
Serve over rice.
Makes 2 servings.
