Double-Decker BLTs

List of Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) French bread loaf
- Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
- Garlic-Basil Mayonnaise (recipe follows)
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 16 bacon slices, cooked
Instructions
- Cut bread into 12 (1/2-inch-thick) slices. Coat one side of each slice with cooking spray. Toast coated side until golden brown.
- Spread Garlic-Basil Mayonnaise on untoasted side of each bread slice; layer 4 slices with half of lettuce leaves, tomato and bacon. Top with a second bread slice, remaining lettuce leaves, tomato and bacon. Top with remaining 4 bread slices.
Yield: 4 servings

GARLIC-BASIL MAYONNAISE
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried basil)
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill. (Yield: 1/2 cup)
