Grilled Dutch Deli Treat

- 1 tsp butter or margarine
- 2 slices marbled rye bread or other rye bread
- 1 to 2 oz. smoked Gouda cheese
- Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 to 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place remaining ingredients between the unbuttered sides of bread slices.
- In a large skillet, cook sandwich over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown. (If necessary to prevent overbrowning, reduce cooking heat to medium or brush on extra butter or margarine.)
