    Toasted Brie & Smoked Ham

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 baguette loaf
    • Honey mustard
    • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced smoked ham, such as Black Forest
    • 1/4 lb. brie, cut in thin slices


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

    2. Cut the bread in half horizontally. Spread mustard over bottom half. Layer with ham and brie. Replace top half of bread and cut into 2 equal sandwiches. Wrap in foil.

    3. Bake sandwiches for 15 to 20 minutes, until sandwiches are hot and the cheese has melted.

      Makes 2 sandwiches.
