Toasted Brie & Smoked Ham

- 1 baguette loaf
- Honey mustard
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced smoked ham, such as Black Forest
- 1/4 lb. brie, cut in thin slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
- Cut the bread in half horizontally. Spread mustard over bottom half. Layer with ham and brie. Replace top half of bread and cut into 2 equal sandwiches. Wrap in foil.
- Bake sandwiches for 15 to 20 minutes, until sandwiches are hot and the cheese has melted.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
