Orange Glaze for Ham or Pork

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- Grated peel and juice of 1 large orange
- Grated peel and juice of 1/2 large lemon
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients and blend well. Spread thickly on a ham or pork chops 30 minute before removing from the oven. To create a brush-on glaze, blend these ingredients with 1 stick butter and use a brush to glaze pork.
Makes glaze for 1 small ham or 4 to 6 pork chops.
