• 1 stick butter
  
• 2 cups brown sugar
  
• ½ to 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  
• 1 cup light corn syrup
  






Instructions



1. Melt butter in saucepan. Add the other ingredients and cook over medium heat until mixture is smooth and creamy and at a soft-ball stage (when a few drops placed in a cup of cold water forms a soft ball).
   
   Pour over 6 to 12 cups popcorn.
