List of Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered nonfat milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups granola cereal (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions
- Oil a 9 x 13-inch pan. Line the pan with wax paper, then lightly oil the paper and set the pan aside.
- In a heavy medium saucepan, combine the corn syrup and brown sugar. Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar completely dissolves. Raise the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for 30 seconds. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter, powdered milk, and vanilla. When the mixture is smooth, stir in the granola.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and place it in the refrigerator to cool. Cut the cooled mixture into bars and wrap each one in wax paper. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
