White Chocolate + Pistachio Pretzels

- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 3 cups pretzels, rods or twists
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pistachios
Instructions
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate has melted, about 2 minutes total.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone mat on the counter.
- Dip each pretzel halfway into the chocolate, gently tapping the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate. You can dip the pretzel all the way, but you will need to increase the amount of chocolate chips to 1 cup.
- Lay each pretzel on the parchment paper. Continue this process until you have roughly 8 to 10 pretzels completed. Then sprinkle the chocolate with the chopped pistachios. Repeat this step until all the pretzels are used.
- Let cool on the counter for 1 hour and then store in an airtight container.
Makes 3 cups
