List of Ingredients
- 6 black peppercorns
- 1 sprig fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 bay leaf
- Pinch fennel seed
- 1 (14-1/2 oz.) can chicken, beef or vegetable broth
Instructions
- Combine the peppercorns, parsley, garlic, bay leaf and fennel seed in a tea infuser. Close lid; combine with 1 can broth in a small saucepan. Bring to simmer; simmer 15 minutes. Remove infuser; use stock as desired.
Makes 1-1/3 cups.
