Bacon Cheese Dip

List of Ingredients
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated raclette or sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ cup pepper jelly, melted
- 7 buttery crackers, crushed
- 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish and set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, raclette, mayonnaise, onions, and jelly.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Top with the crushed crackers and crumbled bacon. Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
Makes 8 servings.
