    Cabbage Patch Coleslaw

    List of Ingredients


    • Two 10-ounce packages finely shredded cabbage
    • 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
    • ½ cup sugar
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • ¼ cup milk
    • ¼ cup buttermilk
    • 2½ Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1½ Tbsp white vinegar
    • ½ tsp salt
    • â…› tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Place the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl and toss gently.

    2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, mayonnaise, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture, tossing to coat.

    3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

      Makes 10 servings.
