Cabbage Patch Coleslaw

List of Ingredients
- Two 10-ounce packages finely shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 2½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ Tbsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- â…› tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl and toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, mayonnaise, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture, tossing to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Makes 10 servings.
