List of Ingredients
◦ 1 small head green cabbage, shredded
◦ 1 small head purple cabbage, shredded
◦ 1 medium onion, finely chopped
◦ 1 carrot, finely grated
◦ ⅓ cup white vinegar
◦ ⅓ cup mayonnaise
◦ 1 teaspoon ground mustard
◦ 1 teaspoon celery seed
◦ 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Combine cabbages, onion, and carrot in a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed, and salt until well mixed. Pour dressing over slaw and toss.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 8 servings
