    Easy Coleslaw

    From "Paula Deen's Southern Cooking Bible"

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp sugar
    • 8 cups shredded green cabbage (1 small head)
    • Sat and black pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar.

    2. Place the cabbage in a large salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and toss well to coat. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. This salad can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before serving.

      Serves 6 to 8
