Macaroni Salad

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions and drain.
- In a small bowl stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large bowl combine the macaroni, onion, celery, and bell pepper. Add the dressing, and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the flavors to blend.
Serves 4 to 6
