Passed-Down Pimiento Cheese

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, freshly grated
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 (4-ounce) jar pimientos, drained
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a medium bowl blend all the ingredients with a fork until the spread is your preferred consistency.
Makes 4 cups.
