Pork Chops with Cream Gravy

- ½ cup cracker meal
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- â…› tsp pepper
- 6 (½-inch thick) bone-in pork chops
- 4 bacon slices
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Stir together first four ingredients in a medium bowl. Dredge pork chops in cracker meal mixture.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over high heat until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving drippings in skillet. Cook pork chops in hot drippings 4 minutes on each side or until browned; drain on paper towels, reserving drippings in skillet. Transfer pork chops to a serving platter; keep warm.
- Add flour to reserved drippings, stirring until well blended. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 18 minutes or until thickened. Stir in ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Serve pork chops immediately with gravy.
