Sweet Vidalia Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 large tomatoes, thinly sliced and drained
- 1 cup thinly sliced Vidalia onions
- 1 (9-inch) deep-dish piecrust, baked
- 1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl combine the mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise. Place the tomatoes and onions in the baked piecrust. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the bacon.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
