Tailgate Bacon Dip

Recipe Introduction
"Southerners are great at tailgating. We don't just tailgate at football games, but during baseball season as well. That means we are always looking for good food that packs and travels well but is delicious enough that no leftovers have to be packed and carried back home. This dip fills the bill nicely."
List of Ingredients
• 8 bacon slices
• One 8-ounce container sour cream
• 1 green onion, sliced
• 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
• 2 tsp prepared horseradish
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ tsp black pepper
Recipe
In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until crisp, around 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels and crumble when cool enough to handle.
Meanwhile, stir together the sour cream, onions, parsley, horseradish, Worcestershire, and pepper until well blended.
Add the bacon, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with pretzel chips or crackers.
Makes 1½ cups.
