Elk: Crockpot Elk Roast

List of Ingredients



• 1 large onion, sliced
  
• One medium to large elk roast
  
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  
• 1 package dry onion soup mix
  






Instructions



1. Place sliced onion in bottom of crockpot. Add elk roast next, then cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
   
   Cook on LOW for 8 to 12 hours.
