REerigerator Rolls

1/3 cup shortening2 teaspoons salt1/2 cup sugar2 cup hot water1 package yeast2 beaten eggs6 1/2 to 7 cups flourRecipe
Kathleen's Dinner RollsDissolve the shortening, salt, sugar in hot water. Dissolve the yeast in 1/3 cup luke warm water (additional water). Sprinkle additional 1/2 teaspoon sugar over yeast. When the first mixture is luke warm add eggs and yeast. Beat in 3 cups flour. Stir in 3 1/2 to 4 cups of flour to make stiff dough. Cover and set in refrigerator over night. Shape in small lemon sized roll. Put 12 in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Let rise 2 hours. Can return unused dough to refrigerator. Will keep about 4-5 days. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Makes 24 lemon sized balls.
