Makes about 3 pints.
List of Ingredients
12 cups chopped rhubarb in
2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar for each cup fruit
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
juice and rind of 1 lemonRecipe
Mix all together. Cook over low heat for about 3 hours.
