    Shrimp Stuffed Eggs

    List of Ingredients




    18 hard boiled eggs
    1 pound cooked shrimp..shelled and deveined
    2/3 cup mayo
    1 tbsp chili sauce
    1 tsp onion..chopped fine
    1 tsp green pepper..chopped fine
    1 tsp pimiento..chopped fine
    parsley for garnish

    Recipe



    Cut the eggs in half. Remove yolks and mash.

    Chop the shrimp.

    Mix the yolks and the shrimp with all the remaining ingredients except the parsley.

    Refill the egg whites, top with the parsley and chill.
