    Glazed Bacon

    I love recipes that only have a few ingredients in them. This is one of my favorites.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb thick sliced bacon
    • 1/2 cup (packed) brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup dry sherry
    • 2 tbsp dijon mustard


    Instructions


    1. Preheat your oven to 350*
    2. Lay the bacon slices side by side on a cookie sheet.
    3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until almost crisp.

    4. While the bacon is baking, Mix the sugar, sherry and mustard in a small bowl.

    5. Pour the fat off the bacon.
    6. Brush 1/2 of the glaze on the bacon and bake for 5 minutes.
    7. Turn the bacon over and brush on the remaining 1/2 of the glaze and bake for 5 more minutes.
    8. Serve warm or keep in a 200* oven until ready to serve.
