    Bacon Burgers On The Grill

    List of Ingredients


    • 5-6 slices of bacon
    • 1-1/2 lbs hamburger
    • 1/2 cup italian style bread crumb
    • 1 egg
    • 3/4 cup Chef's Burger glaze
    • Chef's Burger Glaze
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp or to taste of your favorite hot pepper sauce


    Instructions


    1. Fry Bacon...cool and crumble.

    2. Mix hamburger, bacon, bread crumb and the egg.

    3. Form 6...1/4 lb burgers.

    4. Grill over hot coals for about 10 minutes...turning every 2 minutes or so and brushing with the glaze.

    5. Use any remaining glaze to spread on your hamburger rolls.



    Final Comments


    For the glaze I use Jamaica Hell Fire or Melinda's Mango pepper sauces.
