Creamy Potato Soup

List of Ingredients
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp margarine or butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup milk
3 tbsp instant potato granules or
3/4 cup instant potato flakes
Recipe
Cook onion in the butter in a pan until tender and
lightly browned.
Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Slowly stir
in water.
Cook and stir over medium heat until slightly
thickened.
Remove from heat. Add milk.
Stir in potato granules or flakes until smooth.
Heat until hot but not boiling.
Makes 2 servings, 1 cup each.
