    Easy Ooey Gooey Caramel Rolls

    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup karo syrup (light)
    chopped pecans(optional)
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 can crescent rolls

    Recipe



    Combine 2 tbsp brown sugar, karo syrup and 1 tbsp of the butter (really softened or slightly melted). Spoon about 2 tsp of mixture into muffin pan cups (makes about 9).

    Unroll crescent rolls, pinch seams together to form one rectangle spread other tablespoon of butter over dough. Mix cinnamon and other tablespoon brown sugar and sprinkle over buttered dough roll up and cut into as many pieces as muffin pan cups are filled with caramel mix. Bake at 350 until browned.

    As soon as they come out of the oven tip them upsidedown on a cookie sheet so now the caramel is on top and oozes down the side. Eat warm.
