Egg and Bacon on top of a Baked Potato!

1 Baked Potato
2 Slices of turkey bacon "Cut into small peices"
(Butterball Org. TB is the best Very low in salt 180mg)
1 hard boiled egg white.

What I do is Nuk my potato for 4 1/2 Min on high. ** remember to put fork hole into potato so gases can excape. When potato is done take out and place TB into covered dish and nuk for 1 1/2 mins. Then Cut egg white into peices.
Take your dish and place potato in center and cut in half, then place bacon inside and top with the bacon bits. Season with pepper or Mrs dash if you like.

This take about 5 min to make and you can have it for Lunch or dinner too.
