4 t ground mustard
2 t cayenne (ground red pepper)
2 t ground cinnamon
2 t dried mint, crushed
2 t dill, crushed
to taste freshly ground black pepper
2 T onion powder
2 T garlic powder
4 T paprika ( I use hot but sweet [Hungarian] is fine)
2 t ground cumin
