    1 medium onion, finely minced
    1 1/4 pounds Turkey(or lean ground beef)
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    dash allspice
    ¼ cup oat flour
    1 1/2 cups low sodium broth

    Recipe



    Cook onion in nonstick pan.
    When soft, combine with meat, egg whites, and seasonings. Mix together and form into firm balls. (make one = one ounce. For larger meatballs, make 1 = your serving size)
    Cook in small batches with water, shake pan frequently to help prevent sticking.
    Cook until browned on all sides
    Add flour and broth into remaining mixture in pan gradually.
    Stir constantly, cook over low heat until thickened.
