    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c chopped onion
    • 1 c chopped green pepper
    • 1 T butter or margarine
    • 1 can 4 oz mushrooms
    • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes with liquid
    • 1 2-1/4 oz can sliced ripe olives
    • 1/4 c grated Parmesean cheese
    • 2t dried oregano
    • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
    • 12oz spagetti, cooked and drained
    • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/4 c water


    Instructions


    1. In lg skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
    2. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and oregano.
    3. Add ground beef, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes
    4. Place half of spagetti in greased 9x13.
    5. Top with half of vegatable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
    6. Repeat layers
    7. Mix the soup and water until smooth, pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parm cheese.
    8. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30-35 min or until heated through.
