Rice/ Sausage Casserole
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage, cut in small pieces
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. rice
- 2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup
- 4 1/2 c. water
Instructions
- Saute sausage, drain. Saute onion, pepper and celery in drippings.
- Remove and mix with sausage.
- In saucepan, cook rice in water with noodle soup until water evaporates
- Mix with sausage and place in greased casserole
- Bake 20 min at 350.
