    Pecan Praline Crunch


    List of Ingredients


    • 16 oz pkg Oatmeal Squares cereal
    • 2 cups whole pecans
    • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
    • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 250.
    2. Mix pecans and cereal in large bowl
    3. Bring butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
    4. Pour over cereal/pecans and stir well.
    5. Pour ingredients onto a greased jellyroll pan and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    6. Pour onto waxed paper to cool completely, separating pieces
