    1 qt. warm water
    1 pkg dry yeast
    2 t. sugar
    4 c. flour

    Recipe

    Put water in crock, add yeast and sugar to soften. Stir in flour, cover with clean cloth. Let raise until mixture is light and aged 2-3 days.
