    1 egg
    1 t. vinegar
    1 t. salt
    6 T. water
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening

    Recipe



    Beat egg. Add vinegar, water, shortening and 1 c. flour. Stir until blended. Add remaining flour.
    Makes 2- 9" and 1- 6" crust.
