    Marshmallow Cream Fudge

    1 jar marshmallow cream (5-10 oz)
    1 1/2 c sugar
    2/3 c evaporated milk (small can)
    1/4 c butter or margarine
    1/4 t salt
    1 pkg chocolate chips (12 oz)
    1/2 c chopped nuts
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    In medium saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt; bring to a FULL BOIL stirring constantly over moderate heat.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted and mixture is smooth.
    Stir in nuts and vanilla.
    Pour inot foil lined 8x8 pan.
    Chill until firm.
